The centerpiece of the coat’s back is a striking motif: a dog nestled within a wreath of red blossoms, encircled by foliage in golden yellows, warm browns, and subtle undertones of blue forget-me-nots—symbols of memory and lasting affection. The central image is framed with a square of aged leather, lending depth and emphasis, while beneath it, an underlayer of botanical motifs continues in rich autumnal tones.
Solid black sleeves, fashioned from the original blanket, lend structure and contrast. The collar and cuffs are trimmed in luxurious crimson Mongolian lambswool, adding warmth and an opulent pop of color. Two silk-lined pockets blend function with elegance, while the front panels mirror the intricate back design, allowing the visual narrative to unfold across the entire garment.
