Nomadic Reign
ODETTE
Crafted from an American-made carriage blanket dating between 1890 and 1930, Odette carries the grace of the open-air era—when beauty and function intertwined in every woven thread. Once used to warm travelers during carriage rides through the countryside, this vintage textile now lives anew as a Nomadic Reign creation, merging heritage craftsmanship with couture artistry.
The back of the coat unveils a tranquil tableau: two swans, one in ivory cream and the other in deep espresso and onyx, appear to glide across the surface of a serene lake, the green shoreline softly reflected in the still waters. Both swans retain their original glass eyes—a rare and exquisite hallmark unique to these century-old carriage blankets, lending a lifelike glimmer to their timeless beauty.
The coat’s collar, cuffs, and hemline are enveloped in plum-shadow lambswool, a hue reminiscent of twilight velvet—rich, dimensional, and sumptuous to the touch. Two silk-lined pockets grace the exterior, offering understated function within the artistry.
Inside, Odette reveals its softer voice: a latte-hued silk lining embroidered with white blossoms, their chocolate centers and sage stems delicately stitched into the fabric. The hem is finished with a pleated ruffle trim in a raisin-violet tone, harmonizing perfectly with the exterior palette. The front inside panels and bottom lining are wrapped in golden velvet, while a discreet hook-and-eye closure ensures the silhouette remains effortlessly refined.
Like every Nomadic Reign design, Odette bears a unique serial number, a custom name, and the artist’s signature—a mark of authenticity and singular craftsmanship.

Spot Clean Only: Gently spot clean any stains or dirt using a soft cloth or sponge dampened with cool water. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing to prevent damage to the delicate fabric and intricate details.
